Interior Design
Our Interior Design Service is for you if you are looking for our firm to take care of every detail of your design project from start to finish. We give you peace-of-mind, by taking care of every detail, utilizing our efficient, communication and client-focused process.
With a keen eye for those special details that will give your home that “uniquely you” flare, as well our commitment to creating more sustainable, eco-friendly, healthier interiors, we will create a complete design, including floor plans, construction drawings and furniture plans; computer-generated sketches; furniture, artwork, accessories, and window treatment design, selection and specification; specifications for custom-built items and/or construction; samples; and a detailed budget. Once you have approved the design, we will implement it, down to the very last detail. We will order all of the items you have chosen to purchase and will coordinate their delivery and installation. We can also take care of everything from recommending, scheduling and coordinating with one of our preferred, highly qualified contractors, to supervising their work. The result will be a space that is full of your and your family’s unique personal style, and achieved within your budget, all through a stress-free, transparent, communicative process.

Our Process:
1. Prospective Client Intake Form
Fill out and submit it this form to get started!
2. Phone Consultation
We will reach out to schedule a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to discuss the project with you in detail, as well as to explain our services.
3. Proposal Signing
If we seem to be a good fit for each other, we will schedule an in-home consultation to meet in person and discuss and finalize the design services proposal.
4. Project Walk-Through
We will conduct a walk-through of the space(s) we will be designing together, discussing every aspect of the project, including your overall vision for the space. This is an opportunity for you to share with us your ideas, dreams, desires and wishes for how your space will look, feel and function, as well as your design budget. Our job here is to listen very carefully!
5. Measure
We will measure the space(s) and take careful photos and notes of the space and any pieces you would like integrated into the new design.
6. Design Time
We will spend four to six weeks designing your dream space.
7. Design Presentation
we will reach out to schedule your in-home design presentation to discuss what we have come up with. During this presentation you can expect a beautiful design that includes floor plans, computer-generated sketches, photos, samples of materials (fabric, wallpaper, paint, wood, etc.), and a very detailed proposal (overall project budget).
8. Revisions
We will provide you with the opportunity to make a revision to the initial design plan in order to ensure it is perfect for you!
9. Revisions Review and Proposal Approval
We will meet in your home to review the revisions made, discuss the overall design in detail, finalize the proposal and move the project into the next phase.
10. Construction Phase
During this step, if required, we will meet with the general contractor and or sub-contractors for pre-construction meeting to discuss the construction phase, set the construction schedule, and clearly delineate decision-making responsibility. If we are providing construction coordination services, we will act as the liaison between you and the general contractor, visiting the site weekly and providing weekly progress reports to you.
11. Implementation Phase
Once the proposal is approved and paid for, we will take charge of ordering, receiving and inspecting all items purchased as well as scheduling their delivery and installation.
12. Big Reveal
The best part of this process, we will reveal your beautiful new space and revel with you in the excitement!!!
