Our Process
Phone Consultation
We will reach out to schedule a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to discuss the project with you in detail, as well as explain our services.
Proposal Signing
If we seem to be a good fit for each other, we will schedule an in-home consultation to meet in person, discuss the project, and finalize the design services proposal.
Project Walk-Through
We will conduct a walk-through of the spaces we will be designing together and discuss every aspect of the project, including your overall vision. This is your opportunity to share your ideas, dreams, desires, and wishes for how the spaces will look, feel, and function, as well as your design budget. Our job here is to listen very carefully.
Measure
We will measure the spaces and take careful photos and notes of the rooms and any pieces you would like integrated into the new design.
Design Time
We will spend four to six weeks designing your dream space.
Design Presentation
We will schedule your in-home design presentation to discuss the new design. During this presentation, you can expect floor plans, computer-generated sketches, photos, samples of materials such as fabric, wallpaper, paint, and wood, and a detailed proposal outlining the overall project budget.
Revisions
We will provide you with the opportunity to make a revision to the initial design plan to ensure it is perfect for you.
Revisions Review and Proposal Approval
We will meet in your home to review the revisions, discuss the design in detail, finalize the proposal, and move the project into the next phase.
Construction Phase
If construction is required, we will meet with the general contractor and subcontractors for a pre-construction meeting to discuss design details, set the construction schedule, and clearly define decision-making responsibilities. During construction, we can provide support by visiting the site weekly, addressing issues or design questions, and providing solutions to keep the project moving forward.
Implementation Phase
Once the proposal is approved and paid for, we will take charge of ordering, receiving, and inspecting all purchased items, as well as scheduling their delivery and installation.

The best part of the process: we will reveal your beautiful new space and share the excitement of the transformation with you.
