Custom Window Treatments

We at Olamar pride ourselves on designing, fabricating and installing the most personalized and unique custom window treatments for our clients. Whether you are looking for functional shades, blinds or sliding panels or for beautiful new draperies or fabric top treatments, we are your one stop shop for unique style, creative solutions and the absolute WOW! factor you are after.
We begin our process with a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your window treatment needs in detail. We want to understand your functional and aesthetic needs, the size and scope of the overall project, your design style and your budget requirements. We will discuss our process and services and ensure that we are good fit for each other. If we decide to move forward, we will schedule an in-home consultation to see your overall aesthetic and functional needs and measure the spaces requiring treatments. This meeting is all about you, how you use your space and how you dream it will look and feel when it’s all said and done. In other words, how we will be turning your un-finished space into the bell of the ball! We will return to our studio to work out magic and about one week later will return to show your new, uniquely you custom window treatment design. During this meeting we can make final tweaks to the design to ensure you are completely satisfied and jumping out of your skin with excitement. Once you approve the design and provide payment, we will have our workroom get to work creating your masterpieces. Approximately four to six weeks later we will return with our professional installer to install your new treatments and turn your dreams into reality.
Our custom window treatment design consultation fee is $375. This is a one time fee collected prior to our first visit, which is put towards the purchase of your beautiful new treatments.

Our custom window treatment design process:
1. Phone Consultation
A complimentary phone consultation to discuss your window treatment needs and our services in detail in order to decide if we are good fit for each other.
2. In-Home Consultation
If we decide to move forward, we will schedule an in-home consultation to see your overall aesthetic and functional needs and measure the spaces requiring treatments.
3. Design
We will return to our studio to work our magic and pull together the concept for your most unique, perfectly designed treatments.
4. In-home Design Presentation
About one week later we will return to your home to show you your amazing new window treatment design.
5. Final Review and Design Approval
We will make final tweaks to the design to ensure you are completely satisfied and jumping out of your skin with excitement. Once you approve the design and proposal, we will move into fabrication.
6. Fabrication
Our workroom will work their magic, creating your very personalized window treatments.
7. Installation
About four to six weeks later we will reach out to schedule your window treatment installation with our professional installer. Of course we will also be on-site to ensure every detail is accounted for.
8. Big Reveal
We will show your beautiful new treatments and will revel with you in the excitement!!!!
